Roles and Responsibility :
  •   Responsible for direct revenue generation, development of a functional and effective sales funnel and leading a sales team of 3 members; total new revenue team target would be $8M for 2019
  • ·         Acquiring new customer accounts through cold calling, presentation to prospective clients, negotiation & closing deals
  • ·         Plan and conduct sales campaigns to sell our technology services.
  • ·         Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and developing an understanding of their requirements and long-term business strategies
  • ·         Managing day-to-day operations of sales team members; guiding, coaching and helping them to win close business and achieve the goals
  • ·         Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing and other departments within Opteamix to run the complete sales cycle.
  • ·         Monitor and report on all activities and forecasts and provide relevant management information.
Desired Candidate :
  • ·         12+ years of Software Services Sales with at least 5+ years of global delivery model
  • ·         Understand Global delivery solution selling - should have experience in working with offshore teams
  • ·         Having a strong corporate network and sources of generating leads in USA; with a focus in medium & large enterprises
  • ·         Proven ability to forecast, create an individual sales plan, prospect and manage client relationships
  •  Strong presentation/demonstration skills, communication and written skills
